Welcome....
...and thanks for stopping by!
Our goal with this website is to provide you with all the information you need when it comes to buying or selling real estate in our part of Florida!
Here you will find a wealth of information that is applicable to to all types of property (Homes; Condominiums; Commercial; Vacant Land; etc.). |

As broker/owner of Charlotte First Realty, I concentrate my efforts on helping people buy and sell vacant homesites (lots) in the various communities developed by Punta Gorda Isles, Inc., which was founded by my father in 1958. My personal experience with these communities spans 35 years (15 with my father's company & 20 in my own real estate business).
All land development in these communities was completed in the early 1980's. Today, all lots are privately owned and sold through the resale market. There is no requirement that you ever build, thus allowing you to purchase lots to hold for future resale. Based on past appreciation and the ever dwindling number of vacant lots, this is something definitely worth your consideration.
You may choose from the sparkling waterfront communities of Punta Gorda Isles and Burnt Store Isles. Or you may prefer the wooded or park type living offered in Deep Creek Park, Burnt Store Meadows, Burnt Store Lakes, or Burnt Store Village. If country living is more your style, you might like The Prairie Creek communities where homes are built on five acre (or larger) parcels. You can find out more about these communities by clicking on "Area Information" and scrolling down to the "Neighborhoods".
Whether you are interested in buying or selling land, or building your "dream home" on a lot you presently own, I'd be honored for the chance to work with you.
Although much information is provided on this site that we hope will be helpful to you with any type of real estate, we do not list or sell resale homes. If buying a resale home or condominium is your preference, we will, at your request, gladly arrange for a qualified Realtor with another firm to contact you.
Please feel free to call or e-mail me at your convenience so we can discuss your thoughts. There is never any obligation and I look forward to hearing from you.
Meanwhile, enjoy touring my website. Please check back often, as we are constantly adding new information.
